We are knowing rolling out bias now - every person in every company that signed off on AI is committing a criminal act of discrimination and should be stopped by the law - this is not about the absence of brand new regulatory frameworks. It's about some rules being more equal than others.
Yes, but I think the problem is not an easy one. Technology is going up by elevator and the law is climbing the stairs , and in its knees. And you are right, some rules aren’t design for everybody’s rights
I realise I am a bit of a black 'n'white thinker, but I think someone needs to state the hard line in order for the stairs to catch up... Imagine if white men were were suddenly the object of humiliation by hysteresis... someone would stop that elevator asap...
